To:    All Officers
Purpose:    To outline the requirements and provide a uniform structure for all Army of Alabama
  websites and forums.

References:    AoA-002 Duties of the Army Commander
  AoA-003 Duties of the Corps Commander
Orders:
.
1. Army and Corps 1.1 Army and Corps level websites are required.
.     Websites:
1.2 The minimum requirement for display at an Army or Corps website is as follows:
.
       1.2.1 The names of the Army and Corps.
       1.2.2 The chain of command downward one level, Corps level for an Army website,
                 Division level for a Corps website.
       1.2.3 Names of the Commanders of subordinate levels, including email addresses.

1.3 The required links at an Army website are as follows:
.
.        1.3.1 A link to the ACWGC Homepage.
       1.3.2 A link to the ACWGC's Automated System OOB.
       1.3.3 A link to the Army's Forum.
       1.3.4 A link to all subordinate Corps websites.

1.4 The required links at a Corps website are as follows:
.
       1.4.1 A link to the Army's Homepage.
       1.4.2 A link to the Army's Forum.
       1.4.3 A link to all subordinate Division websites.
2. Division Websites: 2.1 Division websites are optional, and at the discretion of the Division Commander.

2.2 The minimum requirements for display at a Division website are as follows:

       2.2.1 Names of the Army, Corps and Division.
       2.2.2 The Division chain of command down one level.
       2.2.3 Names of Brigade Commanders, including email addresses.

2.3 The required links at a Division website are as follows:

       2.3.1 A link to the Army's website.
       2.3.2 A link to the Army's forum.
       2.3.3 A link to the Corps' website
       2.3.4 A link to the Corps' forum, if applicable.
       2.3.5 A link to any subordinate Brigade websites.

. 3. Brigade Websites: 3.1 Brigade websites are optional, and at the discretion of the Brigade Commander.

3.2 The minimum requirements for display at a Brigade website are as follows:

       3.2.1 The names of the Army, Corps, Division and Brigade.
       3.2.2 The Brigade Commander's name and email address.
.
3.3 The required links at a Brigade Website are as follows:
.
       3.3.1 A link to the Army's website.
       3.3.2 A link to the Army's forum.
       3.3.3 A link to the Corps' website.
       3.3.4 A link to the Corps' forum, if applicable.
       3.3.5 A link to the Division's website, if applicable

4. Forums: 4.1 The Army will provide an open forum at the Army website.
.
4.2 A secure forum at the Army website is optional, and at the discretion of the
.        Army Commander.
.
4.3 Corps forums are optional, and at the discretion of the Corps Commander.
.
       4.3.1Corps forums may be secure or not, at the discretion of the Corps Commander.
.
4.4 Forums at Division or Brigade level are disallowed and will not be recognized.
.
4.5 Access to any secure forum will be provided to all Army of Alabama Staff Officers upon request.
.
5. Commercial Sites: 5.1 ACWGC websites are non-commercial. Website owners are forbidden from placing their own
       advertising banners or popups at any ACWGC recognized website.
