Muster Requirements

General Order 013
.
To:    All Officers
Purpose:    To provide operational and administrative duties and responsibilities regarding musters.

Orders:
.
1. Muster: 1.1 Divisional muster consists of submitting monthly verification of at least one current game
.             utilizing the AoA Battle Report Web Page at some point during the current month.
1.2 Division and Corps Command reports must consist of a minimum of the following:
.
       1.2.1 Any email address changes (in comments).
       1.2.2 The names of officers who've met the muster requirements in accordance with AoA-015.
       1.2.3 The names of officers who failed to meet muster requirements.

2. Reporting 2.1 Division Commanders begin reviews of Brigade musters on the 25th day of the month.
.       Requirements:        Division Commanders will contact Brigade Commanders who have failed to muster with
       a request that they file their reports by the end of the month utilizing the AoA Battle
       Report Web Page.

2.2 Division Commanders file their Command Report no later than the 2nd day of the following
.        month utilizing the AoA Command Report Web Page.
.
2.3 Corps Commanders combine their Divisional Reports and file their Command Report no
       later than the 5th day of the month, utilizing the AoA Command Report Web Page.
.
2.4 Army Commanders combine Corps Command Reports, add any additional required
.        information and file Army Command Report to Western Theater no later than the 8th day
       of the month.

. 3. Failure to 3.1 Any officer who fails to muster for two consecutive months will be re-assigned to the Invalid
    Muster:        Corps (Hospital).
.
4. Records: 4.1 Records of muster reports will be kept for verification of muster at each level of command
       accordingly:

       4.1.1 Division Commanders - Three months.
       4.1.2 Corps Commanders - Six months.
       4.1.3 Army Commanders - One year.
