		Game Participation Requirements
.
	General Order 015
.
	To:	All Officers
	Purpose:	To provide members with the minimum requirements of game participation.
.

	Orders:
.
	1. Game	1.1 Each officer is required to be involved in at least one active registered game at all times.
	Participation
.	Requirements:	1.1.1 A game is active when one turn has been played during that month and a report
		has been filed utilizing the AoA Battle Report Web Page.
		1.1.2 Division Commanders will verify games are active, when no end game has been
		registered for an officer in three consecutive months.
		1.1.3 Exceptions to this requirement exist for CSA Commanders, Theater Commanders,
		Army Commanders, and officers with approved leaves of absence.

		1.2 Officers reported with no active game participation for two consecutive months will be
		re-assigned to the AoA Invalid Corps (Hospital).
.
.		2.1.1 Division Commanders will submit recommendations for re-assignment to the
		Hospital to their Corps Commander.
		2.1.2 Corps Commanders will send an AoA-Doc-001 Official AWOL Notice to an officer
.		pending re-assignment to the Invalid Corps and recommend re-assignment to the
		Army Commander for all non-responding officers.
