Duties of the Army Commander
.
General Order 002
.
To:   All Officers
Purpose:   To define the duties and responsibilities of the Army Commander.

             Orders:
.
             1. Duties of the Army 1.1 Submit a monthly report to the Theater Commander by the 8th day
                 Commander:        of each month to include the following:
.
       1.1.1 Administrative Point Awards
       1.1.2 Conduct Point Awards
       1.1.3 Results of Monthly Muster
       1.1.4 Transfers
       1.1.5 New Approved Leaves of Absence with their Expiration Dates
       1.1.6 Recommendations for Officers to be Stricken from the Roll
       1.1.7 Recommendations for Brevet Promotions
       1.1.8 Recommendations for Theater and/or CSA Awards
       Each category must be reported, even if a negative report is necessary.

1.2 Submit email address changes, name changes, and Army OOB
       changes to the Theater Commander as they occur.

1.3 Maintain an Army Website in accordance with AoA-011, Sec. 1.1.
.
1.4 Maintain an Army Forum in accordance with AoA-011, Sec. 4.3.
.
1.5 Maintain an Army Reserve Corps in accordance with AoA-007.
.
1.6 Maintain an Army Invalid Corps in accordance with AoA-008.
.
1.7 Maintain OBDs for each member within their command in
       accordance with AoA-010.
.
1.8 Maintain a record of the results of muster in accordance
       with AoA-013, Sec. 4.1.3.
.
1.9 Approve/Disapprove  all leaves of absence in accordance
       with AoA-014, Sec. 1.1.1.
.
1.10 Re-assign officers to the Army's Reserve in accordance
         AoA-014, Sec. 3.
.
1.11 Re-assign officers to the Army's Invalid Corps in
         accordance with AoA-008, Sec. 1.5.
.
1.12 Assist with any problems or suggestions forwarded by
         Corps, Division, or Brigade Commanders.
.
1.13 Forward to Theater Command any problems or suggestions
         that cannot be resolved at Army level.
.
1.14 Serve as the official chain of command between the Theater
         Commander and Corps Commanders.
.
1.15 Allocate Army Conduct Points in accordance with  AoA-009.
