		Duties of the Division Commander
.
	General Order 004
.
	To:	All Officers
	Purpose:	To define the operational and administrative duties and responsibilities
		of the Division Commander.
.

	Orders:
.
	1. Duties of the	1.1 Review and approve Brigade Battle Reports and submit a Division Command Report to
	Division	the Corps Commander utilizing the AoA Command Report web page no later than the 2nd
	Commander:	calendar day of each month. The Division Command Report shall include:
.
		1.1.1 Recommendations for the Allocation of Corps Conduct Points
		1.1.2 Combined Results of the Brigade Commanders' Monthly Musters
		1.1.3 Recommendations of Officers to be re-assigned to the Invalid Corps (Hospital)
		1.1.4 Recommendations for Army, Theater, and/or CSA awards

		1.2 Maintain a Record of the Results of Muster in accordance with AoA-013.
.
		1.3 Submit to the Corps Commander, via e-mail, the following, as they occur:
.
		1.3.1 E-mail Address Changes
		1.3.2 Name Changes
		1.3.3 Corps Order of Battle Changes
		1.3.4 Requests for Transfer
		1.3.5 Requests for Leave
.
		1.4 Create and maintain any optional Division Web Site in accordance with AoA-011.
.
.		1.5 Welcome new Brigade Commanders to the corps and assist with any brigade assignments.
.
		1.6 Forward to Corps Command any problems or suggestions not resolved at Division level.
.
		1.7 Serve as the official Chain of Command between the Corps Commander and Brigade
.		Commanders.
.
