| 1. Organization: | 1.1 The Army of Alabama will maintain a Reserve Corps for those officers who | |||||
| have an approved leave of absence in accordance with AoA-014. | ||||||
| . | ||||||
| 1.1.1 Officers assigned to the Reserve Corps will not simultaneously | ||||||
| maintain a command position within the Army's OOB, but will | ||||||
| be shown in the Reserve Corps only. | ||||||
| 1.1.2 Officers serving in Army Staff positions may continue to do so, | ||||||
| while assigned to the Reserve Corps. | ||||||

| 2. Duration: | 2.1 An officer will remain in the Reserve Corps until he requests re-instatement, | |||||
| to command or the expiration of his leave of absence. | ||||||
| . | ||||||
| . | 3. Expiration: | 3.1 The Army Commander will send an Official Leave of Absence Expiration | ||||
| . | Notice to those officers with leaves about to expire. | |||||
| . | ||||||
| 3.1.1 Failure to respond to an Official Leave of Absence Expiration | ||||||
| Notice will result in the officer being re-assigned to the Invalid | ||||||
| Corps, in accordance with AoA-008. | ||||||
