		Administrative and Conduct Points

	General Order 009
.
	To:	All Officers
	Purpose:	To provide uniform guidelines for the allocation and issuance of Administrative and
		Conduct points.

	Orders:

	1. Administrative	1.1 Administrative Points are allocated by the ACWGC Automated System according to
.	Points:	positions held within the Automated System OOB:
.
		1.1.1 Theater and Army Commanders are issued 15 Administrative Points per month
		as compensation for the performance of their duties.
		1.1.2 Corps Commanders are issued 10 Administrative Points per month as
		compensation for the performance of their duties.

		1.2 Administrative Points are known hereafter as Admin Points.
.
	2. Conduct Points:	2.1 CSA Headquarters will allocate to the Army of Alabama Conduct Points as follows:
.
		2.1.1 Army Commander: 30 Conduct Points per month to be issued to Officers
		based upon participation, achievement, and the recommendations of Corps
		Commanders.  Hereafter known as Corps Points.
		2.1.2 Corps Commanders: 10 Conduct Points per month to be issued to Officers
		based upon participation, achievement, and the recommendations of
		Division Commanders.  Hereafter known as Corps Points.
		2.1.3  Division Commanders are issued 5 Conduct Points per month as
		compensation for their duties.  Hereafter known as Corps Points, also.
